The villa includes 5 fully furnished bedrooms, a private garden, a swimming pool, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ area.

2. How many guests can the villa accommodate?

The villa can comfortably accommodate 14 guests.

3. Is there parking available?

Yes, private parking for 2 cars is available at the villa.

4. Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at the property.

5. What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 12am.

6. Are meals included?

Meals are not included. However, a chef can be arranged upon request, or you may use the fully equipped kitchen.

7. Is there a caretaker on the property?

Yes, a caretaker is available to assist you during your stay.

8. How far is the villa from local attractions?

The villa is located approximately 10-15 min away from Panchgani’s main attractions, such as Table Land, Mapro Garden, and Parsi Point.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

All guests are obliged to read & understand carefully the Cancellation & Refund policy before making a booking. Full refund if cancelled before 30 days of check-in date. 50% refund if cancelled before 15 days of check-in date. No Refund if cancelled within 15 days of check-in date.

11. Are there any nearby restaurants or shops?

Yes, several restaurants and shops are within a short drive from the villa, including Mapro Garden.

12. Is there a minimum stay requirement?

The minimum stay is 1 Night and may change during festive periods.

13. How do I book the villa?

You can book by contacting us via phone or whatsapp.

14. How much is the security deposit?

We charge all our guests a fuxed security deposit amount The purpose of a security deposit is to assure that a guest keeps the rented property in a good condition & incase of any breakage the cost of damage is then deducted from the security deposit. Guests must pay the mentioned security amount in cash at the time of check-in & the caretaker will refund the same to you at the time of check-out.
